BraceTech has partnered with Oldham Sixth form College in the spearheading of the Digital T-Level program. No other course gives young people this much industry experience. These students will get a minimum of 45 days’ worth of experience at our company. In which time they will develop all the necessary skills to take them to the next stages of their professional life, whether that be progressing to university or entering directly into employment.

What are the Digital T-Levels

This new brand of technical education provides the perfect mix of practical and theory-based learning for young people. The Digital T-Levels are perfect for those who are seeking to develop design, test and produce a variety of software as part of their career. BraceTech will help provide practical on the job experience for these new young apprentices, giving them the foundational knowledge to seek out a career in the digital space.

We will supplement their classroom learning by providing them with on hand experience of Digital Business, Data Management, Digital Analysis, Digital Environments, Legislation, Planning, Security and Testing. All these skills are indispensable for anyone looking to break into the digital space. Apprenticeships truly are a lifechanging opportunity for everyone involved. It gives apprentices all the necessary experience to adapt and thrive in an ever-changing climate.

The Interview

Junaid Malik, Director of BraceTech, gave an interview to Oldham college last week. In this interview, he talked about securing the future of the digital space by providing ample resources to the next generation of developers and designers. He went on to talk about what BraceTech stood for as a company and how the company was run on a day-to-day basis.
